Clikalia records telephone calls made through our call center for the purpose of providing proof of commercial transactions, communications associated with the contractual relationship, as well as for the purposes of complaint management and compliance with legal obligations. The recordings will be kept for the following periods:
In general, data necessary for compliance with the various limitation periods associated with legal obligations or the exercise and development of legal actions may be retained. Call recordings, made exclusively for the purpose of monitoring service quality, will be kept for a period of 30 days. The specified period does not preclude the possibility of retaining data in the event of a dispute or complaint. The data will be deleted after the legal limitation period for legal action has expired.
