CLIKALIA Group companies identified in the Legal Notice.

Clipiso Desarrollo S.L. acts as a service provider, in charge of the processing, for the integral management of the companies that make up CLIKALIA. These companies can be consulted in Point 1 of the Legal Notice. Use of the buying and selling services may lead to the reception of information addressed to any of the GROUP's companies, which, where applicable, will act as the company responsible for data processing.

Source of Data

The data comes from CLIKALIA's own website, from some of the Group's companies, identified in the Legal Notice, if you have given us your consent; from social networks where the Group is present; from third parties with whom the Group has formalized collaboration agreements; or from different portals from which you have sent us your request for information.

Purposes

• Management of the relationship established with the user.
• Contact: Respond to your request for general information about any of our own or third-party services that we offer, through various means, including telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and/or phone call.
• Sale: To properly respond to your request to receive an offer for your property.
• Purchase: Duly attend to your request to book the property, arrange a visit or call.
• Real Estate Brokerage: Properly respond to your request for information about the real estate brokerage service.
• Identification and registration of transactions in accordance with current legislation, as a party subject to obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Cookies: To maintain the registered user's login, provide statistics associated with the use of the Website, location of our offices, and anti-spam systems (captcha). You can consult the purposes of cookies in our cookie policy.
• CLIKALIA may send you commercial information by various means (telephone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS) about company products or services similar to those you have previously contracted and that may be of interest to you. Specifically, it may send you information about changes in the conditions of the properties you are interested in, such as price decreases or increases, other properties in the area you are interested in, and ancillary services related to home security (alarms, reinforced doors, renovations, furniture, etc.). Please note that you can always object to this processing by sending an email to dpo@clikalia.com.
• We hereby inform you of the existence of advertising exclusion systems that aim to prevent the sending of commercial communications (Opposition List). The list of these systems is managed by the Portuguese Association of Direct and Digital Marketing (AMD), under the supervision of the CNPD, and is available at Registo na Lista de Oposição - Consumidores — AMD;
• Management of participation in events, contests, and sweepstakes that we organize.  
• Recording calls in order to identify issues related to customer service and improve our quality system.

The requested data is necessary for the operations carried out by users through the website.

Additional Purposes

If you give us your consent, your data will be processed for the following additional purposes:

Send you information about Clikalia Group companies or third parties that we offer; Send you commercial communications, including electronic communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and/or phone calls about any product or service offered by the GROUP's companies.

Legitimacy and conservation

The legal basis for processing is the establishment of the contractual relationship with the request for the service in question and the consent given by the User when checking, if applicable, the box accepting the Privacy Policy that applies in each case; acceptance of commercial communications from the Group; the application of  Law 83/2017, of August 18, which establishes measures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, and other legislation in force.

In the case of the Call Center, the legitimacy for the processing of personal data is based on the proper execution of the contractual relationship between the parties, as well as the legitimate interest of the data controller, who needs to be aware of any incidents or areas that need improvement, with the aim of ensuring and optimizing its quality system.

For sending commercial information regarding company products or services that are similar to those you have previously contracted and that may be of your interest, the basis for legitimacy will be legitimate interest. We inform you that we weigh up the legitimate interest and the rights of the interested parties.

The fields on the contact form marked with an asterisk (*) are required for processing the form. If they are not filled in, it will not be possible to proceed with your request.

Please consult our cookie policy for information about the cookies necessary for the website to function.

• Contact details will be kept for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and until their elimination is requested.
• Data relating to the prevention of money laundering will be retained for seven years.
• Please refer to our Cookie Policy to identify the validity of each cookie.
• Contact details for sending commercial communications based on legitimate interest will be kept for one year, provided that you have not requested their suppression.

Clikalia records telephone calls made through our call center for the purpose of providing proof of commercial transactions, communications associated with the contractual relationship, as well as for the purposes of complaint management and compliance with legal obligations.

The recordings will be kept for the following periods:

• Up to 5 years, when calls are intended for the formalization or negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, for the purposes of compliance with and proof of contractual obligations, including the exercise of rights under applicable legal guarantees.
• For longer periods, up to a maximum of 20 years, only in cases where recording is necessary for the purposes of compliance or defense in legal proceedings, in accordance with the general limitation period provided for in Article 309 of the Civil Code.

In general, data necessary for compliance with the various limitation periods associated with legal obligations or the exercise and development of legal actions may be retained.

Call recordings, made exclusively for the purpose of monitoring service quality, will be kept for a period of 30 days. The specified period does not preclude the possibility of retaining data in the event of a dispute or complaint. The data will be deleted after the legal limitation period for legal action has expired.

Recipients of international tasks and transfers

• Companies that are part of the CLIKALIA Group for the management of the different services offered.
• Use of the Stripe payment platform, a company that adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Responsible for web analytics services: The website has enabled Google Analytics services, provided by Google LLC. Interaction with users through this tool involves the international transfer of analytical and technical data related to the website.
• Social media owners: Clikalia uses social media. Interaction with users through the use of these profiles or tools involves the international transfer of data (analytical and technical) to the social media servers.

Rights of data subjects

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, and limitation or opposition by writing to dpo@clikalia.com.

Users have the right to withdraw their consent.
