CLIKALIA, in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, hereby informs users of the website https://clikalia.pt of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will be applied to the processing of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing this Website.
The User, by providing CLIKALIA with their personal data through the electronic forms on the Website, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, expressly consents that CLIKALIA may process such data under the terms of this clause of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and for the purposes expressed herein.
CLIKALIA informs Website users that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the specific, explicit and legitimate scope and purposes for which they were obtained. They will be erased when hey are no longer necessary or relevant for those purposes or when requested by the owner in the exercise  of their right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’).
CLIKALIA declares its commitment to complying with the legislation in force at all times with regard to data protection.
The personal data provided will be processed by the CLIKALIA GROUP Companies and will be used in accordance with the following information.


 

What personal data do we collect and what do we use it for?

  • Data collected directly: through voluntary completion of the subscription form for commercial communications. 
  • Data collected indirectly through the use of cookies: for statistical purposes, to analyse the use made of our website and to provide added value services such as the map of our office location.

Clipiso Desarrollo S.L. acts as a service provider, in charge of the processing, for the integral management of the companies that make up CLIKALIA. These companies can be consulted in Point 1 of the Legal Notice. Use of the buying and selling services may lead to the reception of information addressed to any of the GROUP's companies, which, where applicable, will act as the company responsible for data processing.

 

 

 

Purposes

  • Management of the relationship established with the user. 
  • Contact: To deal with your general enquiry.
  • Sale: To properly respond to your request to receive an offer for your property.
  • Purchase: Duly attend to your request to book the property, arrange a visit or call.
  • Cookies: To maintain registered user login, shopping basket validity, provide statistics associated with website usage, location of our offices and anti-spam (captcha) systems.
  • Sending communications of a commercial nature, and any others expressly requested.
  • Call Center: To respond to your request, manage your visit request, improve our quality system, as well as manage incidents and complaints over the phone.

The data requested is necessary for user transactions carried out through the website.

Legitimisation and retentionThe legal basis for processing is the establishment of the contractual relationship as well as the request for the service in question and the consent given by the user, ticking, where appropriate, the corresponding box for acceptance of the Privacy Policy that applies in each case.
In the case of call centres, the basis for data processing is the proper execution of the relationship between the parties, as well as the legitimate interest of the data controller to be aware of possible incidents or areas to improve its quality system.

Recipients of international assignments and transfers
  • Companies that form part of the CLIKALIA Group for the management of the different services offered.
  • The use of the Stripe payment platform will involve the international transfer of data from users paying for the service provided to the United States, a country that is not considered to have a level of data protection equivalent to that established in the European Union.
  • Responsibility for web analytics services: The website has enabled Google Analytics services provided by Google LLC. Interaction with users through the use of this tool involves the international transfer of analytical and technical data relating to the website. 
  • Owners of social networks: Clikalia uses social media. Interaction with users through the use of such profiles or tools involves the international transfer of data (analytical and technical) to the social network's servers.

The user shall be solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided to the Company.
The Company adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data contained therein and to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
