The special promotion requires the following conditions to be met to be applicable:

1. Submit an offer before 05/12/2024 (inclusive) through the CLIKALIA website.
2. Sign the CPCV (Promise of Purchase and Sale Agreement) within 72 hours after CLIKALIA’s approval of the offer.
3. Complete the property deed within the term agreed upon in the contract without any extension.
4. The offer must be made at the price at which the ad is published with the label “BLACK CLIKDAYS PROMOTION.”
5. In all other respects, the contractual terms will be those determined by the CLIKALIA website for sales.

Flash offer:
This property has a special offer. This offer consists of a discount applied to the price the property would have after the completion of the renovation work.
As follows:
If you make the reservation before the start of the work, a discount will be applied at the percentage indicated in the “PRICES” list (tab next to this Description).
If the reservation is made after the work has started, a lower discount percentage will be applied.
Once the work is completed, the special discounts of this promotion will no longer apply.

There are three possible statuses: Work Start, Under Renovation, Work Completed.
If your offer is lower than the applicable price based on the special discount, CLIKALIA will not be obliged to accept your offer.
If your offer matches the applicable price according to the special discount but was made after an identical offer and, due to delays in updating or removing the listing, it is still published, CLIKALIA will not be obliged to accept your offer.
